What we collect

When you send the contact or quote form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, vehicle or boat details and message you enter. We use them to reply to you and to arrange your service.

Before our booking page sends you on to DetailBookie, it asks for your name, email address and phone number. We receive those details by email and use them only to follow up about your booking, for example if you start booking and do not finish.

Service providers that handle your information

We do not sell your personal information. We use a few service providers to run this website and our bookings, and they handle your information only to provide those services to us:

• Website hosting: Vercel hosts this website and processes the requests your browser sends, including form submissions.
• Email delivery: Mailgun delivers form messages to our inbox.
• Our inbox: messages arrive in our Gmail account.
• Online booking: DetailBookie runs our appointment and estimate system on its own website. Information you enter there is covered by DetailBookie’s privacy policy and cancellation policy.

Messages that look like spam or unsolicited sales pitches are screened automatically and may be routed to our web developer, eSEOspace, for review instead of to the shop.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this page first to say which service is used and what it records.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages in our email for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep records of our work for you.
